You'll receive an email to confirm when we have received the item at the warehouse. This shouldn't take longer than 14 working days using the my Hermes service from the day that you returned the item back to us.
Note: Unfortunately we can only accept returns of products purchased via the website. If you have purchased goods through one of our stockists or dealers, please arrange your return with them directly.
