We do advise to return any items through a service called My Hermes. My Hermes is a convenient way to return parcels at any local parcel shops, most open early or late, 7 days a week. We have provided the link below to the website where you can purchase your label. There is currently a charge to use this service as followed;
To have your return collected from a home or work address: £3.90
To drop your return at your local Hermes collection point: £3.60
