You'll receive an email to confirm when we have received the item at the warehouse. This shouldn't take longer than 14 days from the day that you returned the item back to us. You will recieve notification of the item refunding within 24 hours from the warehouse scanning in your return.
Note: Unfortunately we can only accept returns of products purchased via the website. If you have purchased goods through one of our stockists or dealers, please arrange your return with them directly.
