
If you have been provided with an error message of 'Account Temporaily Disabled', this could be for the following reasons;
- Incorrect password entered too many times
- No account registered under the email address provided.
To solve this, please click on the link which reads 'Forgotten your Password' and follow the on screen instructions. If you have an account with us, a password reset link will be sent to your email address. Please be mindful to check both your Spam and junk mail. If you have not recieved a password reset link then this will be due to no account created under the email address you have provided.
